The Marber Family Tree
The paternal grandmother of Gerald and his sister Rosa was Helene Marber.
The earliest known Marber is Mendel Marber, born about 1790, probably in Warsaw. My family is descended from Mendel’s son Abraham [Avraham Yitzchok] Marber who was born in Warsaw in 1824. Some of his descendants then migrated from Poland to Antwerp, Belgium and London. Other family branches are in many countries around the world, particularly England, Argentina, USA, Israel, Belgium and France.
